Sjenica

Sjenica is a town in Serbia in the Municipality of Sjenica in the Zlatibor District. According to the 2011 census, there were 14,060 residents. Today’s town developed from the medieval square and caravan station Sjenica on the Drina road. It was located in the parish of the Sjenica and was one of the courts of the Nemanjićs in medieval Serbia.
