The Municipality of Vladimirci consists of 29 settlements of which geographical, economic, cultural, and administrative centre is the small Town of Vladimirci. According to the last census from 2011, there were 18,785 residents in 6,026 households in the Municipality. Vladimirci is a distinguishably agricultural Municipality and it occupies 28,298 ha for agriculture, or 81% of the total surface area of the Municipality, of which arable land occupies 22,700 ha.
