Žitorađa is a settlement in the Municipality of Žitorađa in the Toplica District. According to the 2011 census, there were 3,370 residents. The Municipality of Žitorađa is located in the southeastern Serbia, in the Toplica District, 10 km away from Corridor 10, which connects Serbia with North Macedonia, Greece, and further with the Far East. The Municipality is located 35 km south-west of Niš, and gravitates towards Niš as an economic, political, and cultural centre.
