Vesić: Road and sewerage in Kljajićevo

“The Government of Serbia takes care of every part of our country,” said the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Goran Vesić, visiting the works in Kljajićevo, and as evidence he cited the construction of a sewage network as part of the “Clean Serbia” project and the reconstruction of the Kljajićevo-Bački Sokolac road.

The Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Goran Vesić, visited the works on the reconstruction of the local road Kljajićevo-Bački Sokolac, near Sombor, and told the residents of Kljajićevo that, with the reconstruction of the local road and the construction of a high-speed road, as well as sewage, after decades of waiting, their place will experience a big progress.

Vesić also pointed out that in Kljajićevo this year, works on the construction of sewerage will begin, as part of the “Clean Serbia” project, as part of the sewerage network being introduced in the municipality of Sombor. Thus, Kljajićevo, with more than 4,000 inhabitants, will finally get sewerage, which they longed for, but did not believe it would ever be completed, the minister noted.

“We are developing every part of Serbia. We are building roads, and not only highways and expressways, but we are focusing more and more attention on highways and regional and local roads,” said Vesić and reminded that President Vučić also spoke about the need to rebuild all local roads.

“This is proof of what it means when every part of Serbia is taken care of, and here in the conversation with the people, you can see how much it all means to all of them,” said Vesić.Foto:mgsi.gov.rs
